Hi, I’m Coach Caitlin! I’ve been with Twist’N Flip since 2016, where I started as a preschool and rec coach. In 2018, I stepped into the role of Location Director where I not only continue to coach but also manage day-to-day operations, oversee staff development, and help ensure our gym remains a safe & positive space for everyone. It has been an amazing TNF journey ever since!
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to coach gymnasts at every level, from their very first forward roll in Tiny Stars to round off back handsprings in our team level. These days, you can find me primarily with our Gold and Platinum competitive teams, where I am dedicated to supporting each gymnast’s growth in skill, confidence, and character.
I believe in creating a positive, structured environment where athletes feel supported, encouraged, and proud of the progress they make, both big and small. One of the things I love most about coaching is helping gymnasts build confidence in themselves, especially when they start to realize they’re capable of more than they thought.
Outside the gym, I’m a proud pet parent to two cats, Captain and Chief, and a snake named Poppi. They definitely keep things fun and help me unwind after a busy day at the gym.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I enroll my child, and when is the last day of classes?
Classes are continuous, so you can start and stop anytime. Just let us know in advance so we can set a drop date and your card won’t be billed on the 1st of the following month.
How is tuition handled?
Monthly tuition for ongoing classes and outstanding balances are charged via auto pay, every 1st of the month. Tuition is charged upon enrollment if it is done after the 1st. Special events are charged at the time of registration. Camps are charged in conjunction with the relevant camp dates (see Camps page).
Are there trial classes?
We do not offer trial classes, but we have a 30-day money back guarantee policy for new families.
If I miss a class, can I get a refund?
We do not refund or prorate missed classes, unless for medical reasons. We do offer make-up classes for any missed class. However, according to our make-up policy, you are allowed one make-up per month, and it expires after four weeks. This is to help keep our classes small and personal. Make-up classes can be done via parents portal, TNF app or request.

When are camps generally held?
If school is out, camp is in at Twist’N Flip. Whether it’s day camps during school breaks, or weekly themed camps during summer break, there’s always something happening. Typically, there are full day and half day options.
At what age can children be registered for gymnastics?
Right when they start walking! There are parent and tot classes for the little ones (as well as monthly special events), and soon as kids are in preschool they can join preschool gymnastics classes.
What is the typical class size?
We keep class sizes small. A lower student-to-instructor ratio allows for more personalized attention and safer instruction. Each child receives the proper guidance and attention.
